5 Most Educated States In India | 2001-2011 Census:- It is important for everyone to get educated for developing the country. If we want to develop the country, then we all have to be educated. Education is the most important factor for country development. In India in many states literacy rate is not even 40%. But there are some states which are highly educated Which makes our country feel proud. Here is the list of 5 Most Educated States in India.

1) Kerala

Kerala is the most educated state in India so far. Literacy rate in Kerala was  90.86 in 2001 census and In 2011 it is increased up to 3% higher. According to 2011 census, 96.11% male in Kerala are educated and  92.07% female are educated. If you look at Kerala Peoples, then he always read some books and newsletters, therefore, Kerala is number one in the list of most literary states in India. because of Kerala, India has earned a good position in the list of most literate countries.

2) Lakshadweep

Lakshadweep is in the second position in the list of most literate state in India. Literacy rate in  Lakshadweep was 86.66% in the 2001 Census and In 2011 it is increased by 5.62%. Lakshadweep was in 3 positions in 2001 census, but in the 2011 Census, it came in 2 positions. According to 2011 census, 95.56% male in Kerala are educated and  87.95% female are educated.

3) Mizoram

Mizoram is in the third position in the list of most literate state in India. It slipped to the third position from the second position in the list of most literate states of the country. Literacy rate in Mizoram was 88.80% in the 2001 Census and In 2011 it is increased by 2%. According to 2011 census, 93.35% male in Kerala are educated and  89.27% female are educated.

4) Goa

Goa is in the fourth position in the list of most literate state in India. Literacy rate in Goa was 82.01% in the 2001 Census and In 2011 it is increased by 5%. According to 2011 census, 92.65 male in Kerala are educated and  84.66% female are educated.

5) Tripura

Tripura is in the fifth position in the list of most literate state in India. Literacy rate in Tripura was 73.19% in the 2001 Census and In 2011 it is increased by 14.56%. According to 2011 census, 91.53% male in Kerala are educated and  82.73% female are educated.
